Leadership

John A. Matthews | President
The Group Insurance Services division is led by John A. Matthews, who has almost 15 years of experience working with organizations of all sizes to create customized benefits packages. He provides ongoing leadership and implementation of mgc group’s strategic business plan. Prior to joining mgc group, Mr. Matthews was a top producer for a market-leading national life, long term disability and long term care company. In 2004, Mr. Matthews founded a successful brokerage company, Corporate Insurance Analysts, Inc.

Mary S. McLeod | President - People Productivity Services
The People Productivity Practice is led by Mary McLeod, who has almost 30 years of experience working with organizations of all sizes to create human resources processes that improve business effectiveness. Prior to joining mgc group, Mary was the Chief Human Resources Officer, a member of the Executive Leadership Team, and a Corporate Officer for Pfizer Inc., the largest Pharmaceutical company in the world. Earlier in her career she held head of human resources positions for Symbol Technologies and Charles Schwab and was a Vice Presient at Cisco Systems and General Electric. Mary is also on the Board of Directors and a member of the Compensation Committee for Belden, a $1.5BB cable, connectivity and networking company.
